Application Results Now Available – IARS Seoul Conference 2025
Dear Applicants,
Thank you for your interest in the 6th IARS Annual Conference, to be held in Seoul, Republic of Korea. We are pleased to announce that application review results are now available.

Please click the link below and enter your email address and registration number (starting with I, G, or A) to check your application status.
♦ Membership Requirement
All participants in official roles (presenters, chairs, discussants) are required to hold an active IARS membership. We strongly encourage all applicants to join or renew their IARS membership to enjoy conference registration fee in membership rate. Please follow two steps to complete your membership registration:

Step 2: Pay the membership fee
- In EUR (bank transfer)
- In KWR (online payment with credit card) – Not ready yet. Available by April 21, 2025
♦ Registration Opens Soon (Payment system not yet ready!)
The official registration system and online payment system via website will open by April 21, 2025. Once available, you will be able to:
- Pay your IARS membership fee (in local currency, KRW)
- Register and Pay for the Conference
- Reserve Accommodation at the Hoam Faculty House
- Register and Pay for Optional Programs
Please wait until our official announcement of registration via email and website. We recommend planning your travel to Korea ahead and completing all steps by April 29, 2025 to ensure availability of room in discounted rates.

The official venue is Hoam Faculty House, Seoul National University. Please find more information using the link below:

You will be able to reserve rooms at the conference rate through the registration system once it is ready until April 29, 2025. Early reservation is strongly recommended.
♦ Best Book & Best Article Awards
Emerging scholars who completed their dissertations within the past 10 years and wish to apply for the Best Book or Best Article Awards should contact us at iars.secretariat@gmail.com.
