■ Optional Program Fee
- IARS Seoul Conference offers three optional programs for participants.
- Welcoming Reception on July 14th: Reception is offered to participants following the opening ceremony. Participants with IARS membership may enjoy the event with no extra charge, but participants without IARS membership fee is subject to extra registration and payment of 50,000 KRW.
- Conference Dinner on July 16th: Detail on this program will be announced in May.
- Excursion Program on July 18th: Detail on this program will be announced in June.
- Any individual desires to participate in an optional program may register for each event with a separate fee.
Member / Accompany Non-member Welcoming Reception (14 July 2025) ₩0 ₩50,000 Conference Dinner (16 July 2025) ₩60,000 ₩70,000 Excursion Program (18 July 2025) ₩200,000 ₩300,000 ■ Cancellation Policy - Cancellations of the optional program fee made on or before June 15, 2025 (KST) will be fully refunded. Cancellations received between June 16 and June 30, 2025 (KST) will be eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after July 1, 2025 (KST), or in the case of no-shows. All cancellation requests must be sent in email directly to the Seoul Secretariat at iars.seoul.2025@gmail.com.
