Each participant can present up to two papers as a main author. Your presence as a co-author does not have a limit, but the same individual cannot make presentations more than two times at the Conference.

Cancellations received on or after April 11, 2025, and no-shows will not be refunded. Membership fees, however, are non-refundable and non-transferable. Send cancellation notices to iars.seoul.2025@gmail.com.
IARS offers a limited number of travel grants to help with travel expenses for Global South students to attend IARS Seoul 2025.
