SEOUL CONFERENCE 2025

    What is the format for panels?
    Each panel lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes and typically includes 3 paper presentations. Each paper presentation should be between 10 and 15 minutes. Panels also require a chair, but discussants are options for group panel proposals.
    Is there a limit on appearances in different roles?
    Yes. Each participant may present up to 2 papers in the Conference and may take different roles as author (presenter), co-author, chair, and discussant. However, individuals may appear up to 3 times in the program, with roles spread across different categories.
    How many papers can I present?

    Each participant can present up to two papers as a main author. Your presence as a co-author does not have a limit, but the same individual cannot make presentations more than two times at the Conference.

    Can I volunteer to serve as a chair on a panel?

    Yes. During registration, indicate your interest in serving as a chair on a panel, or write an email upon your will at iars.seoul.2025@gmail.com.
