■Conference Registration Fee
- Any individual desires to attend the Conference, including general attendees, must register online.
- Registration on early-bird rate is available until April 29, 2025 (KST). Registration on regular rate is available until May 30, 2025 (KST). All registrations made after deadlines are subjected to on-site payment rate.
- Additional registration can be made on-site in person at the registration desk on the date of the Conference.

■Cancellation Policy
- Registration canceled before May 30, 2025 (KST) will be refunded 50% of the registration fee paid. However, cancellations received as of May 31, 2025 (KST) and no-shows will not be refunded. All cancellations must be sent in email directly to the Secretariat at iars.seoul.2025@gmail.com.
