Important Updates: Registration Delay, Preliminary Program, Accommodation, and Travel Grant Recepients

We would like to share several important updates regarding the IARS Seoul Conference 2025.

1. Registration and Payment System Delay

Due to unforeseen technical issues with our online payment system for overseas credit cards, the launch of the online registration platform has been significantly delayed. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.

Registration is expected to open in early May. A formal announcement will be sent via email and posted on the official website.

The early-bird registration deadline has been extended to May 30, 2025. For any inquiries, please contact the Secretariat at iars.seoul.2025@gmail.com.

2. Travel Grant Results

Travel grant results will be sent individually via email within this week. We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete the review process.

3. Preliminary Program Now Available

We are pleased to share the preliminary program of the IARS Seoul Conference 2025. The program includes panel titles, individual paper titles, and participant names and affiliations. While the program remains subject to revision as registration is finalized, we hope it will assist you in planning your visit to Seoul.

4. Reserve Accommodation at Hoam Faculty House by May 19, 2025 (extended!)

A limited number of rooms have been secured at discounted rates at Hoam Faculty House, the conference venue located at the rear area of Seoul National University’s Gwanak Campus.

Participants who wish to reserve a room must submit the following information via email to the Secretariat (iars.seoul.2025@gmail.com) no later than May 19, 2025:
