- Submission deadlines for all types of sessions is February 1, 2025.
- A submission type where an individual submits a paper proposal to the Conference.
- Individuals must submit a proposal, including personal information, title, and abstract, author’s bio through an online submission system by the deadline announced by the local organizing committee.
- All co-authors must be listed.
- Any individual eligible to apply for travel grants for Global South students must complete the "Appeal for Purpose" form as part of the proposal submission process.
- Individuals may attach a file in .pdf or .docx format if any additional information needs to be reported.
- Submitted proposals will be reviewed and selected by the local executive committee of the Seoul Conference 2025. Accepted proposals will be grouped into a panel, and each panel will follow the basic format of the Conference (3 presenters and a chair).
- All proposals must be written in English only.
